I noticed I was charged 0.6469 cents per minute for a recent call, instead of the regular 0.050 cents. No explaining why the increase just for this number. Send an email, but have not heard back

The One Suite Company never did get back to me with the credit to my account or any explanation on why they did not. So, Pay Pal upon opening a case with them, investigated and credited my account for the erroneous charges..

After multiple e-mails from One Suite support that they are looking into it, and seeing no credit in my Pay Pal Account, I decided that after 3 plus months, they are never going to credit me for the $40 erroneous charges. So I opened a case with Pay Pal and they looked into it and credited me the $40, so I guess the case is closed. Due to this very bad experience with One Suite, I would definitely not recommend this company.

I have been a One Suite customer for at least 5 years and the calling was OK most of the time. But on Nov 21, 2020, I tried to recharge my account using Pay Pal and was charged $20 but didn't get the minutes credit. Called Customer Support and was told to try it again and the same thing happened again, Pay Pal was charged and received no minutes. Called Support and again and was told to try again with a credit card which I did and received the minutes OK. Support said they would open case # 32714 and get Pay Pal to credit my $40. That was 3 months, 4 phone calls and 2 E-mails ago to Reggee and Jervye with no reply or action taken whatsoever. I would cancel my account but would get no refund. I would avoid this company like the plague.

I have been a customer since 2005 (and a customer of their predecessor (BigZoo.com) since 2000. I no longer need their service. I have emailed them TEN TIMES since 02/03/2019, asking for a refund. Never received a response. I am on hold now. It's been 30 minutes. This vendor is crap. DO NOT USE THEM.

If your account is inactive they will not reimburse you for YOUR money paid. They will simply close the account, lock you out and profit the gain! They hide it in their terms of agreement that they will do this so you don't have any recourse. Furthermore, go find them! They are not listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Overcharged and won't admit

I was charged / billed for 86 minutes for a less than 2 minute call.

Several emails were sent to dispute the charge but I never got an acknowledgement or reply.

Calls were made to their customer service dept. to inform them about the overcharge but to no avail, all they say is they will relay the complaint to their technical team and will call me back or email me, but I never heard back or never got any email regarding my complaint.

The emails I receive were reminder emails about my account balance being low and wants me to recharge.

They should improve their service first before enticing clients to continue to use their products.

Their CSRs were also very unprofessional, they should look for other jobs not related to customer service.

Failed to make calls successfully to Taiwan

I tried to make calls to Taiwan for over 20 minutes without success. Repeated attempts only led to such incorrect messages either as invalid phone numbers or dialing timeout (without proper connections). This is a very poor product in the market that should have been stopped from allowing uninformed consumers to waste their money on its useless product. {{redacted}}

A less than 2 minutes call was billed for 67 minutes!

On April 18, 2017, I made a short call to a hotel in Fiji for a simple question. The call lasted less than 2 minutes but my account was billed for 67 minutes! I called, I emailed, many times, to dispute the charge. I sent phone call log to show the proof. They didn't accept it, they kept on saying their technical team has already escalated to the "higher system" still show my call lasted for more than 4000 seconds. They won't accept my explanation. Even when I mentioned that I've been their good customer for many years & have never complaint nor ask for any credit. I have been giving them good business through making long international phone calls frequently. They still won't refund me the difference even as a one-time courtesy. I'm really mad & will switch to a different company.

Charge more minutes for a call

I noticed ouesuite has this evil practices in the past a few months: for a call lasting 18 minutes (as showed by my IPhone), I was charged for 22 minutes. This is happening regularly as I observed: +4 minutes for calls lasting for more than 10 or 15 minutes. Looks like the CSR is not helpful in solving the issue. I'm posting here for awareness. Horrible experience with fax service and customer service

I have to call several times a month to see why my faxes are not going being received. This is day 3 and I still am not able to receive faxes. This is a freaking joke. The rep told me to try back the next business day. I am asking for a refund. She does not speak english and tells me I cannot get my money back. I ask to speak to a supervisor of course there is not one available. I will not recommend this compnay ever. Do not waste your time. You can not speak to a technical person, ever. I was told to try the fax in 24 hours to see if was working??

My onesuite fax number got busy signal

June 25th 2014. a friend try to fax me a few attempts but didn't go thru, i call my onesuite fax number and i got busy signal. i call Call 1-86*-417-****, go thru phone tree and on hold for their busy agents, i got disconnected every 10 minutes or 30 minutes for almost 2 hours, someone in Manila answered i hardly could hear because of bad connection. He said, "Our value customers experience the same problem, we are sorry for the inconvenience. I will forward the problem to the tech department". Every provider has problem but onesuite problem is on going, If you just want to have a fax number then onesuite, but if you want a working number do more research.
